Having trouble setting up your projector?

In this section we will provide some common fixes to setup issues.

  • Some Apps Not Working?

    • This is sometimes caused by changing the time zone on the projector; try setting it back to Auto in Settings Date and Time Settings Auto.
    • If that doesn't fix the issue, try going to SettingsAbout Device>Online Upgrade(Some Projectors come with an earlier version after being in stock).
    • You can also try factory resetting the device by going to Settings>Other Settings>Factory Reset
  • Pairing Bluetooth Device

    • Make sure your device is on and in range of the projector.
    • Go to Settings > Bluetooth Settings > turn on Bluetooth and Choose device.

    If you don't see your device:

    • Power your desired device off and on again, and same with the projector.
    • Try going to SettingsAbout Device>Online Upgrade (Some Projectors come with an earlier version after being in stock).
    • You can also try factory resetting the device by going to Settings>Other Settings>Factory Reset
  • Connecting to Wifi

    • Go to Settings > Networking Settings>Wifi Setting> Choose Network.

    If Your Network does not appear or fails to connect:

    • Try setting the time zone on the projector to Auto in Settings Date and Time Settings Auto.
    • If that doesn't fix the issue, try going to SettingsAbout Device>Online Upgrade(Some Projectors come with an earlier version after being in stock).
    • You can also try factory resetting the device by going to Settings>Other Settings>Factory Reset
  • Adjusting Screen Focus

    To adjust the focus of the projector simply turn the black slider on the top of the projector.

    To Use Keystone Focus or Change Screen Size:

    • Go to Settings > Projection Setting > Then Choose your desired viewing experience
